"We were unable to get into our room so the clerk on duty came up to try the key...we were then moved to a suite down a floor and at the other end of the other building. It took forever for the water in the shower to get luke warm. We won't stay here for our next I City appointments. I guess the saying you "get what you pay for" is very true."
