"The lady in the front desk is friendly.
The room is a bit dated. But the bathroom and beds are clean. The bed is a very comfortable one, I had a very good sleep during the stay."
"Staff were exemplary and Evening meal was delicious. The breakfast next morning was clearly cooked by some one else and a bit average.
Hotel was a little tired in places but it woustop us going again."
"Very friendly staff in reception gave a great welcome to a very clean and well stocked room although no Yorkshire tea 😮. Bed was comfy and there was a great shower, much needed after a day in the hills. My only gripe is when you switch off the lights you realise that the mighty eye of Sauron is still burning away. The fire exit light in the room entrance is way too bright. People had obviously tried to reduce it (mine had a fetching Mr Bump sticker over it) but the light just still comes through as if it’s part of the hadron collider. Otherwise…a great stay!!"
"Food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean and comfortable.
Breakfast freshly cooked and tasty.
Tea/coffee facilities in room could be a bit better and a bigger bar only area would be an improvement, however overall happy with our stay."
"I would return without a doubt. Lovely scenery and surroundings. Comfortable bed and great food wad only upstaged by the staff who were friendly and cheery."
"We had a lovely stay during the West Highland Way. Room was excellent, very clean. Great to have access to a bath on our hike as well. Staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful"
