"It is a good hotel with good location. You can walk to MG road. Restaurant is good.The staff is excellent especially Bikash who went out of his way to help. Their outsourced travel service is a weak link. Transfer from Bagdogra to hotel was disappointing with a rash driver and a small taxi with poor springs that made for a very uncomfortable trip on a bumpy road. We were promised a trip to Tsomgo lake and Baba Mandir but the driver would not go to Baba Mandir. I would look for another travel...

"Spotlessly clean room. Heater was brought to us immediately, since it is cool in January. Hotel staff were endlessly polite and helpful. "Very small room size for the price, balcony also was so small that only 2 ppl could just STAND, breakfast wasn't very tasty, geyser doesn't work well (hot water comes for 2-3mins and stops. Called the receptionist and maintenance guy but he just said it will come in some time but it didnt come. We gave up and just had bath with cold water). Overall not worth the price at all. It is not even very close to the MG Marg. Takes 15-20mins if we walk (considered the inclined road)"
