This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

Excellent hotel staff; room needs improvement.

The staff at Prince Plaza II were consistently courteous, friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their warm service throughout our stay. However, both elevators were out of service while we were on Level 12. Walking up and down the stairs several times a day was genuinely difficult in the heat and humidity, especially with small grocery bags. Management needs to improve maintenance of the building, including the rooms, to match the good service provided by the staff.
