Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Durham’s best. Located in the heart of Duke's medical campus, It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered a mishmash of all kinds of people -- students, families with kids, and low-income. While this is an urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered safe.

To the immediate right of the property, with a privacy fence separating the yards, we have a neighbor who spends regular time outside. Sometimes, he is boisterous and audible. The individual is harmless and keeps to himself.
Please keep in mind this before you book with us.

Guests receive a unique access PIN at the time of booking.

All stays are contactless. Guests can reach us 24/7 through the Airbnb messenger.

This neighborhood is right in the middle of Duke Hospital and the medical campus.

The property is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.
