  • Peaceful, Family-Friendly Townhome in Hope Valley Farms that was remodeled in 2015 on HGTV's "Love it or List It." Close proximity to both Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. 3BR/2.5BA. First floor designed with hardwoods and crown molding. Large maple cabinets and granite countertops in kitchen. Built-in bookshelves with ladder and large walk-in closet in master bedroom. Master bath renovated to include a rainfall shower and updated flooring. Outdoor patio with furniture and playhouse for children.


    Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.
