良かった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. Check in went smooth. When er arrived in the room, the TV didn't work. We called, someone came very quickly, and they gave us a different room. Was told that the TV was "old", and couldn't be programmed correctly. Perhaps they should check their TV's. Anyways...in the new room the TV again didn't quite work right. This time, it was the batteries. The front desk said they only had ONE battery, the remote takes two. Luckily, the one was good enough to replace one of the old batteries. Seriously....this hotel has an issue with TV's. For what they charge, they need to buy batteries. Also, this being June in the summer in Raleigh, the swimming pool was closed and awaiting inspection we were told. Anyways...the room and property was nice and clean, and the staff friendly. The hotel itself is in North Hills, so if you enjoy North Raleigh area, it's all good. For what it costs to stay here...I don't know. Maybe they could do a bit better. My next trip to Raleigh, i might check elsewhere.
