Rakaia Gorge Walkway

Fantastic hosts, great people, great to basically have my rental parked at the door.

it was very simple and straightforward. a short walk from the airport and a simple kiosk for checking in if you booked ahead. checkout was the same. the room and bathroom weren't very nice but it was the most budget accomadation in the area so that makes sense.

Location is fantastic, just steps from the lagoon. I paid extra for the "premium king ocean view". That part was weak. The ficus trees block all but 10% of the water. If you're going to book, skip the extra $ for the view. Just not worth it. Otherwise nice place. Elevator be a bit slow during busy times.
