"時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。
しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟に対応してくれたことはとても感謝しています。"

"The staff was very courteous. I stayed in an executive king room and it was spotless. The restaurant was great and I had lunch with my friends there. The breakfast buffet with over 30 ice,s was also great"
