Although the room was clean, it was no way a 4 stars hotel. It’s more like a 2 stars. Severely lacking of basic amenities. Very disappointed

I would like to commend Joseph Lin for his helpfulness when I need to make last minute adjustments to my booking. He took the extra step to help us find out how we could liaise with Expedia to make the arrangements. Overall the hotel is clean and has good amenities.
