"When we arrived the lights and power in our room and hallway did not work for about 90 minutes, after which the problem was fixed. I suppose it was okay as they let us check in early."

"The staff was courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I left bags for a few hours and that was not a problem. The room was very clean. The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room. The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core. 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University."

I just wasn't impressed by anything at this hotel. The facilities seem old and worn and in need of updating. I'm ok, but for someone w physical handicap this place would be very difficult "
