Okay hotel in Rabat

Okay hotel in Rabat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some furniture was old and towels weren't new. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a quiet area, but there was construction work going on in the neighbouring building and it got a bit noisy during the day on one of the days we were there.

Wassim provided the best customer service! He spoke excellent English and helped us with everything from breakfast, tips about the city, nightlife, and trains to getting around. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were efficient, respectful, and always smiling. Overall, an amazing stay with the best customer service thanks to Wassim and the team at Flower Town Hotel & Spa!

At first I did not understand why the hotel had such a low rating but after my stay I know why. The room had lots of dust, dirty plates and previously used soap in washroom. The pool area was filthy, food on the chairs and in the shower. The worst part of my stay was being woken up in the early morning due to inconsiderate people talking outside my room, going back and forward between 3 rooms, leaving the door open with object causing a continuous beeping sound. The hotel advertises that 10pm-8am is quiet time in the room areas but that is not the case. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I had called reception 2 times about the noise but nothing happened. I do not recommend staying here

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre est confortable et le petit déjeuner est bon même si répétitif (la même chose tous les jours)

Pas top au final

Piscine dans un état déplorable avec taches de moisissure présentent sur mur et plafond donc niveau sanitaire horrible. Salle de sport, matériel neuf mais AUCUNE aération de la pièce. Inutile d'essayer de courir sur le tapis dans ces conditions. Sinon personnel sympathique et serviable néanmoins. Repas dans la chambre OK. Douche qui fuit donc inondations dans la salle de bain garantie. Bref même pour le prix.... Allez ailleurs c'est mieux. Dommage car l'hôtel au premier abord présente bien
