We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was the perfect place to land after 30 hours of traveling. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly, and the hotel dog, Tiffany, was beyond adorable! The rooms are clean and spacious, have comfortable bedding, and are very quiet for sleeping. All of the hotel employees were so sweet and welcoming, always ready to help. The coffee in the morning was great. Overall, it was a great stay!

The property is beautiful and in a fabulous location with wonderful views of the medina and the sea. We arrived at 3PM and did not receive our room until 5:30PM. We enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace while we waited which we would recommend - though hopefully others will not need to wait so long for a room.

Fantastic spot in Sale-Rabat!

Everything about this Fairmont stay was fantastic! It's a relatively new and beautifully decorated hotel from top to bottom. The staff really went out of their way to make our experience a great one. From check-in (tea and snacks, a tour of the hotel, and we were very lucky to get an upgrade) to concierge support, to service on the deck and in the restaurants... it was truly wonderful. Special shout out to Mariyam and Marwa for helping us with the room which was wonderful. Make sure to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck : )

From the entrance to our exit it was such a wonderil experience. We loved how we were greeted at the entrance of the hotel with dayes and milk, really made us feel welcome and special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and not a burden. We have stayed at a few fairmont hotels around the world. However this was by far the best!! Our only regret was that we didnt have time to stay for longer. Definitely will be back!!

Very good service e.g. one waiter who provided me important historical info about Salé. I was there because historical link to Iceland. I dont know his name. He is born in Salé and speaks e.g. French and Spanish. My favorite place was the rooftop bar. rooftop bar with Bouregreg River views and all

We were on vacation with the family from 11 years old to 83 years old. We were very well received with Nora, clear explanation and always with a smile. Nora even organized a little surprise for our child's birthday. The concierge Achfra also served us wonderfully, our transportation, activities, all were perfect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well placed in the city, very clean and very well decorated. The only negative point is that we only had one restaurant open, the other 2 were closed but the kindness of Nora and Achfra made us forget it

Beautiful property; great service

This is a brand new building (I believe it opened a year ago) located in the Marina district across the river from Rabat. It was very quiet because of Ramadan so the property seemed to have very few guests. However; it was fully staffed and the restaurants were open as normal. We had great Peruvian food on the first night and breakfast in a beautiful Moroccan themed restaurant the next morning. We were greeted personally by both the night manager the night we arrived and the general manager the morning of our departure. If you ask hotel staff where anything is (bathroom etc) they don’t point you in the direction, they actually stop what they are doing and personally walk you there. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a sitting area with a side view of the ocean.

Well done team Fairmont

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel a very warm welcome from all the staff(apologies for not remembering names) and you all deserve nothing but praise. You honestly define what 5* hospitality is all about. The different aromas throughout the hotel are such a magic touch and differ from floor to floor. The team made an extra effort in our room as it was our anniversary. The bubble bath that was ready for us upon entering the room was an impressive task. Room amenities were perfect and the furniture and general comfort of the room was outstanding! Food was really good, both breakfast room service and the nikkei restaurant on the top floor. Architecturally, this whole place is a dream and hats off to everyone involved. An incredible stay in an incredible hotel with a team of staff who are exceptional at their jobs and made our stay a truly warm and magical experience.

Below my expectations

Good location, great view, newer buildings, staffs were friendly, we got free upgrades for both rooms, but there was lot of water on the floor around the toilet in one of the rooms, they sent handyman to fixed the issue and housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was not actually be cleaned properly, because they dumped the dirty water in the toilet and cleaning lady only mopped the floor. We were waiting for them to deal with the problem for at least half an hour. This was not a pleasant experience. Washroom layout was not efficient, both toilet and shower glass doors are 90 degrees towards each other, not easy to open and close.
