Great big hotel. The rooms are nice. Staff is great. Excellent breakfast. The building is starting to show its age on the outside, but they are working on maintaining it

We are repeat visitors and were disappointed in a few things. We checked in to find no towels in the room, only a bath towel. There was no hair dryer, The man had to come and install it, literally, in the wall. Clearly it’s off season as I don’t think there was more than 4 rooms taken. Both were rectified quickly when we called. It’s better to stay there in season in my opinion.

1 semaine à l’hôtel

Les chambres sont superbes ainsi que le hall d’entrée et les salons. Les extérieurs sont également très bien entretenus. Dommage que ce standing ne se retrouve pas au niveau de la piscine. (Trop de transat, trop de monde, restaurant de la piscine coûteux et pas exceptionnel) Le personnel est agréable mais manque d’attention pour un hôtel de ce type. A la piscine, Nous avons remarqué une attention toute particulière pour les personnes qui payaient la journée alors que nous n’avons pas eu la même attention en qualite de client de l’hôtel. Dommage !

Une baisse sensible de qualité.

Superbe hotel

Superbe hotel . Situation ideale aussi bien la piscine que la mer .... Rare d'avoir un accès mer direct au maroc et ici c'est vraiment le cas. Les batiments bien que d un certain age ont gardé tout leur charme et sont tres bien entretenus. La literie est impeccable. Le personnel est très aimable et le service est parfait. Petit dejeuner copieux et servi face a la mer....

We needed a few days to rest up from a fun but exhausting visit to Mauritania. L’amphitrite was the perfect place. It was the slow season so we got to enjoy the staff and had a super Spa Day. The food is excellent and the pool looked great (it was a little cold and rainy when we were there).

Pour vous répondre, l’hôtel n’est certainement pas tout jeune car nous avons 20 ans d’existence mais avec un entretien permanent afin que notre clientèle puisse apprécier à la fois la beauté des lieux, le site de la plage qui est le point fort de l’hôtel mais aussi le confort d’une chambre, les lieux publics qui ont été rénovés il y a maintenant 5 ans. Chaque année des investissements sont dégagés pour entretenir ce site mais avec le Covid notre situation comme pour d’autres est plus compliquée que dans le passé. splendid hotel setting beside the beach

the room had a sea view, it was clean and the service was excellent, the staff welcoming and friendly. the only downside that bothered me was the price of lunch which is exorbitant compared to other hotels of the same standard.

The food was poor quality. I ordered a fish at night but I’ve got stomachache and vomiting. It was not tasting good neither. I will never go back to this hotel.

After a 20 hrs journey from LA, we were greeted by a rude and unprofessional customer relations lady who made the start of our stay a welcome from hell. We are usually greeted in other hotels in Morocco with a tour of the facilities, a cup of tea, local pastries and warm smiles, but no such luck at L’amphitrite. All we wanted is a shower and a bed to get some sleep but the check in process was arduous. She handled the situation very badly, and refused to let us bring in bottled water to make baby formula for our baby daughter! Apparently this hotel has some ridiculous rules regarding outside food and water. You are not allowed to bring in bottled water into the hotel from outside, baby or not!! They want you to buy their bottled water at the hotel. To me this is simply a scam as I have never experienced this in any other hotel. We were told that people abuse the system and bring in food from outside to their room, I thought I came form a different planet listening to her speak! People have the right to do whatever they want in their room, as long as it is

Sea and pool even though that the property encoucarage people not staying at the hotel to coming and use the hotel facilities more then the hotel residents witch create a bit of security issues

Posizione su una spiaggia di sabbia bella con servizio di lettini ed ombrelloni su spiaggia e sulla bella piscina.bar e ristorante all'aperto dove si fa anche la colazione buona e abbondante. Le camere pulite e ampie. C'e anche un ristorane marocchino veramente molto bello e curato dove abbiamo cenato. Servono alcolici.
