Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus.

I could not believe the access to my room. I had to go up a circular stair case, which was not very big, and somehow get my two cases up there. In all my travels I have NEVER had to do that. Up normal steps is bad enough but to have to struggle up a circular stair case - crazy. I am 74 and found ...
