"I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed."

The hotel is situated basically in the middle of everything that’s interesting. The staff are wonderful. They do go out of their way to be helpful. "
