Out of my Italy experience, I think this hotel was my absolute favorite! I loved it was unique! Staff was so helpful and accommodating! Friendly and willing to help! I really enjoyed our experience here. They upgraded our room and make our accommodations easier! The VIEWS were immaculate. The FOOD at their restaurant was also immaculate! We didn't have to go searching for food. I really enjoyed that they had transportation for us and accommodated us for our early flight. They were also flexible as well. 50/10 stars!

We chose this property to be away from the city crowds and hustle/bustle of the city - it was perfect. Quiet. Modern. A Beach. A great restaurant (had one of the best, most memorable meals, as recommended by the waiter) . Staff arranged taxi services for us which was very convenient. Our room was amazing - ocean view, balcony, well-done, modern room. Loved this place! Absolutely recommend Lloyds Baia Hotel to future travelers!

Great hotel. Staff was super supportive at every step. Location can't be beat. Easy walk to/from the ferry dock. View of Duomo spectacular.

The views in the rooms were breathtaking. The lobby is wall to wall Amalfi coast views. The hotel is about a 15 minute uphill walk or a bus ride. Both easy to manage if you're wanting an iconic Amalfi view with your visit. The breakfasts were 10 euro a person and a great deal. We enjoyed getting to have a delicious coffee and ocean view each morning. The staff was particularly helpful. We even saw one desk clerk in the city on his off time, and he still helped us to find the bus! Very kind of him. Our room was rather small, but we didn't mind because the views were so incredible. Not a lot of space for storage. I would recommend the hotel create under bed space or hooks on the wall to help guests store travel gear. Overall a great choice and would definitely return!
