"Great staff but not always at front desk. Had to ring bell to get them. Bathroom shower curtain rod was loose. They came to clean up the room everyday, other places do it every other day. That was appreciated"

"This is an older hotel that is getting upgrades. Beds are the most comfortable beds I haven't ever slept on, no lie. Hot tub and pool are heated/cooled perfectly. If you have the chance, get the executive suite, room 201 or 202. Unbelievably the largest room ever and a balcony overlooking the atrium pool area. Breakfast was included and coffee was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! ❤️"

"Staff was great, property could use some upgrades but it was clean and the beds were comfy and zero bugs and the A/C kept the room nice and cool on 90+ degree days. Pool was not usable but we were there for the lakes anyways, just be aware if you want a pool this one is a no go (green and gross and looks like it hasn’t been in use all summer). Breakfast was just okay. Overall for the price I’d stay again since all we needed was a place to sleep at night and spent our entire days on the lake."

"Great hotel, good price, well maintained, breakfast every morning, close to expressway but not loud, the staff was very friendly and helpful- always greeting you when you came and left The only issue we had was that they don’t come in to clean until the 4th day of your stay. (We were staying 3 nights) I have 2 boys and a husband that were swimming every day and golfing every day so they took a lot of showers. Towel just kept piling up. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned every other day."

"This waterfront location is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Host is very responsive and hospitable. She even went out of her way to check on us (by phone call) durring 100 degree weather, to make sure we were comfortable. She even offered to buy and install an air-conditioner. Not many host would do that."
