everything is perfect location is far but the rest is really good

This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Overall, a good stay in Milan!

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
