"Communication prior to arrival difficult. We were given a short boat tour, without being asked, and later charged for it, as was each boat trip. Property not the one advertised and rented, it was much smaller..Just as we were leaving we were presented with 90 45 soles in extra charges, which had never been declared. Each time the 3 of us got in his bost it cost us 45 soles or $18.. The tiny cabin was very cold, unheated. Temperature dropped to 9 at night. We slept very little, and myself only 1...

"We had the most wonderful trip to Puno and Lake Titicaca and mostly because we had Lucy as our host! She helped arrange transportation from the airport and were dropped off to her front door where she was waiting to greet us.
