「Nothing! Did not receive an email with access code. We didn’t know there was no check in desk. Arrived at 4:30 . Did not get into our unit until 7:00. Rest of the time on hold. Finally able to connect with someone on line. Very bad experience 😖😡」

I was then contacted repeatedly by email and text with conflicting messages about whether it was confirmed. They said I had to end a selfie or they'd cancel my reservation. I had to pull over on the way to my getaway to read through terms and conditions about what 3rd parties they may send my selfie to and why. I finally told them I'm not...
