Hosts Dane and Jo were very welcoming and friendly. We loved the rural setting and sunset view! Lots of parking space and interior had nice steps and handrail. The coffee and laundry was much appreciated! Comfy king bed and recliners. Thankyou for being pet friendly! Will definately stay again!

Perfect location for us! 30 min to Provo so we had quick access for the BYU football game and tookThe train in for General Conference. Our family of 5 loved the homeyness and we also had awesome communication with the owners.

Spacious basement with high ceiling. My only recommendation is a few more kitchen chairs. It was awesome to have so many beds!!

The property is in a basement. It looked clean at first impression. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean also. There was one hideaway bed under a sofa bed that had rodent droppings. There were also some small bugs in a blue blanket. Dane was nice - and I believe the rodent dropout may have been a surprise for him.

Really lovely property, you won't know you're 5 minutes away from shopping and dining. LARGE space, it's a full basement apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable reclining sofa. Nice and clean.

It was perfect!

We were in town for a horse competition, the house was only 8 minutes from the competition. It made it really great to be able to take my daughter to the competition, go back and hang with our little puppies!

Great stay

Had a great anniversary trip. Be aware this is a basement apartment basically. Young age the family above you, can hear what they’re watching on Tv etc. it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but could be a deal breaker.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was exactly as displayed on the website. We enjoyed the privacy of the location as well as the its convenience to the surrounding area. When back in the Spanish Fork area I would stay here again.
