Ideally located in a quiet street, 300 m from the large beach and the city center, this comfortable 130 mÂČ residential house benefits from all the amenities while preserving some rustic amenities that make this house charming (ClĂ©vacances classification awarded in March 2019: 3 stars).

You will find on the ground floor:

- a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, 1-door refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle

- a 24 mÂČ living room with TV / DVD

- a bedroom of 14 mÂČ with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm

- a bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and WC

Upstairs :

- a 15 mÂČ bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and its adjoining dressing room (and 1 cot)

- a 12 mÂČ bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds

- a dormitory of 20 mÂČ with bunk beds for children

- a bathroom with bathtub

- a separate toilet

All rooms are equipped with wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

You will be able to benefit from its closed and raised ground of 450 mÂČ which offers the possibility to park up to 3 cars in the driveway and to take advantage of the advantages of Quiberon on foot or by bicycle.

On your arrival, you will be greeted by Marie de Ty'Accueil, who I call to make an inventory and give you the keys to the house.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Bed linen is provided (as well as bath rugs, tea towels and table napkins)

A deposit of € 500 will be requested on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage is observed.

Cleaning option (70 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace!
Animals are not allowed.

The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum).

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Haus von christoph umd haben die zeit wieder sehr genossen. Die neuee KĂŒche ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist das neue terrassendeck. Ein bißchen vermisst haben wir den verwilderten Garten von frĂŒher... Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder kommen!

Komfortabel, Tolle Lage

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dem Haus. Die neue KĂŒche ist sehr schön, außerdem profitiert das Haus sehr von der neuen Terrasse. Man teilt sich die Zufahrt mit einer kleinen Wohneinheit , die im ehemaligen Garten entsteht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

vacances en famille Ă  Quiberon

Excellent sĂ©jour! la maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© du centre de quiberon (5min Ă  pied, pratique le matin pour aller chercher le pain et les kouign amann:)) et de la plage (moins de 10 min Ă  pied). Elle a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e et est trĂšs fonctionnelle avec tout le confort que ce soit niveau Ă©lectromĂ©nager ou infrastructures. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une mĂ©tĂ©o exceptionnelle et donc de profiter de la terrasse et du salon de jardin au calme Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison. Les serviettes et les draps Ă©taient fournies et tout le nĂ©cessaire pour bĂ©bĂ© est disponible (chaise haute, lit bĂ©bĂ© avec matelas, lit parapluie et mĂȘme des chaises avec une table pour les petits). La douche Ă  l'Ă©tage Ă©tait trĂšs bien adaptĂ©e pour pouvoir laver bĂ©bĂ© sans souci. Aucun problĂšme de stationnement, la maison bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d'une grande cour et d'un grand garage, ce qui est un plus, surtout en pleine saison. Et les enfants peuvent jouer dehors tranquillement, le terrain Ă©tant clos. Petit plus pour les enfants, le parc de jeux Ă  deux pas de la maison (juste Ă  l'arriĂšre en passant par le chemin qui longe la maison sur le cĂŽtĂ©). Il y a certes des travaux mais qui sont loin au fond du jardin et ne dĂ©rangent pas du tout. Christophe et l'Ă©quipe Ty accueil Ă©tait trĂšs rĂ©actifs. Merci pour la petite attention Ă  l'arrivĂ©e :) Il n'y a qu'Ă  poser ses valises et profiter :)

Maison spacieuse et situation idéale

Nous avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able semaine dans cette maison spacieuse. Les chambres sont de belle taille avec des rangements (petit bĂ©mol dans la chambre aux lits superposĂ© oĂč nous n’avons pas trouvĂ© de prise Ă©lectrique
), salles d’eau impeccables, deux terrasses pour profiter le matin et le soir. Bref, une semaine c’était court mais nous avons pu profiter de la proximitĂ© de plusieurs plages et du centre ville accessibles Ă  pieds !

We had a fantastic time at the house. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to the beach. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was also ideal for my elderly parents.

Maison agréable et spacieuse

Maison agrĂ©able avec tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. TrĂšs bien situĂ©e par rapport aux commerces et Ă  la plage. Par contre nous avons dĂ» supporter pendant 8 jours complets les bruits du chantier voisin y compris la poussiĂšre occasionnĂ©e par les travaux et la circulation. des engins. Ces travaux sont interdits pendant la pĂ©riode estivale et il a fallu que nous intervenions vigoureusement auprĂšs de la Mairie et de la police municipale pour que l'arrĂȘtĂ© municipal soit appliquĂ©, les entrepreneurs voulant continuer malgrĂ© tout... EspĂ©rons que cela ne se reproduira pas pour le repos des futurs locataires..... Nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer Ă  cause du bruit et n'avons pas pu profiter pendant ce temps du jardin qui recevait rĂ©guliĂšrement des nuages de poussiĂšre. Nos voitures se sont retrouvĂ©es couvertes de poussiĂšre, sans compter les fenĂȘtres et les portes...

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Das Objekt ist auf 2 Paare mit Kindern ausgelegt. Wir hatten nur zu Dritt gemietet. Insofern hatten wir Platz ohne Ende. " Paare wĂ€re auch kein Problem gewesen. Das Haus liegt in einer nicht zu sehr befahrenen Strasse. Auf der RĂŒckseite schließt sich ein großzĂŒgiger, sehr schöner Garten mit ObstbĂ€umen an. Auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck entsteht gerade eine Seniorenresidenz. Die Baustelle lag bis zum 31.8. still, also kein wirkliches Problem. GeschĂ€fte sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die SupermĂ€rkte in wenigen MInuten per Auto.Die KĂŒche ist extrem gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Nur an der MatratzenqualitĂ€t (extrem hart) der Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Objekt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
