Very attentive staff fluent in English, which was very helpful for me. My room was great. Had a little porch attached to it. The rooftop was fantastic a magnificent view of the city. Again, compliments to the staff, especially at the front desk the doorman the person who help with my luggage. Everyone was great.
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but one complaint would be that the crowds of people seemed a little chaotic. Everyone was going in their own direction and there should have been an orderly flow.
