"Property is above average location, condition and cleanliness. We did find the bed to be a bit too firm for our needs ( the pillows were great). A little bit older but well cared for facility and courteous helpful staff. "

"We got check in to a suite that wasn’t clean at all.! Bed sheets were not change! The jacuzzi wasn’t clean.! The towels were too old need to replace towels and there was open amenities from the previous guest."

"Pros: The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The walls are very thin and it was very easy to hear the people in the next room. They were not being extra loud just having a normal conversation but you could hear them clearly. A bit over priced for what you get. No breakfast just a cup of coffee. "

"Mike responds promptly. We love Queens Bay. The unit is clean and has everything we need. The unit is pet free which is awesome because I am terribly allergic to dogs and cats. I appreciate that more than anything else."

"Great resort, very clean, pet-friendly, loved walking to the restaurant and sitting outdoors with our dog while overlooking the lake. Food was amazing and the staff were so nice and helpful. We rented a boat right off the property and boated through the London Bridge area, went to a great restaurant on the water, Ghost Mine Saloon. We are in our 50's, yes there was Spring Breakers but going during the week we really did not notice them, most were across the lake. We will definitely be back."
