Upon your very first step into this open concept home, you will not be disappointed. The entry way is wide and expansive with room to meet guests coming to visit or to simply unload your gear from a day of fun filled activities in Quechee. The kitchen is to your immediate left and offers all the conveniences one could possibly need in their home away from home. Enjoy coffee in the eat in kitchen or your favorite cocktail on the gorgeous deck just steps away outside. To your right is the first of three very well executed bedroom spaces. The main level offers a guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Walking through the entry way, you enter the open two story living and dining area.



The living room has views of the Lakeland Golf Course. Enjoy evenings curled up on the living room couch by the gas fireplace watching your favorite show, or conversing with family and friends in this generous space. Upstairs is a unique escape where you can enjoy kicking back and watching TV, your children can play in the a fun little nook, with toys and room to play, perfect for the little ones. For your added convenience there is a half bathroom upstairs in this sweet little hideaway. The lowest level of this home is perfectly executed for vacation living. The primary bedroom is host to a king bed, with sliding door access to your own private patio outside. The primary bedroom also offers an impressive his and hers walk in closet and spacious six piece bathroom, including a standing shower, jacuzzi tub and bidet. The third bedroom has two twin size bunk beds, affording space for 4 children or adults. All of the bedrooms in this home have their own televisions. Rounding out this incredible vacation home, the lower level also includes a full size washer and dryer to be used at your leisure.

Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions.
