Clean rooms clean floors grey food very helpful staff , however they don’t answer requests via any booking app, nor do they let you know there’s 4 bars which get out at 4 am and no room stops the noise , I had booked a jr suite and was awoken by construction in am from next door afternoon as construction from above (maybe another building & then the noise from the bars at 4am -7) the food servers and staff were all nice yt communication is an issue via the apps . I had asked for an airport pick up or link which is advertised in hotels.com and two weeks after checking out I ve still heard nothing about that or my other request… also hotels.com advertises then as cancel anytime and pay at property which I chose and they seemed to have lost my reservation for pay at property , I tried to leave early due to noise and neither me or hotels .com could initially reach them for four days .. after getting the manager he said their rules are advertised on hotels.com and its not free cancellation despite booking saying so and calling them multiple times in my behalf

I requested a non smoking room when I booked the hotel on line, the room they gave us was a smoking room, when I asked the front desk whether they can gave us another non smoking room, front desk state it was the only room left. Hotel is generally clean and good location.
