9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions.

"The Staff was a mixed bag ranging from ok to incredible. A lady at the desk who wears glasses and name started with an H along with the two ladies who were the cleaning crew were superb!
