Unwind in pacific paradise at this beautiful cedar home perched right on the water's edge with a private beach and dock. New L2 Tesla charger as avail. BC Approved Accommodation. Located five minutes from the Quadra Island ferry, grocery store, liquor store, and many restaurants. This serene location is perfect for exploring all of the islands natural beauty from watching the sunsets, going on hikes, checking out the coastline, and feeling fully engulfed in nature. Encounter visits from the local wildlife including deer, eagles, seals, otters, and occasionally whales! You can enjoy a nice dinner at the lodge (seasonal) down the road, hire a salmon guide, go for a whale watching tour, and rent a kayak or scooter. Have a boat? You can bring it and moor it right in front of the house (call us for pricing details). We provide a high-speed wifi system and a cell booster. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer/dryer, gas fireplace, a king bed in the master with two new XL twins in the secondary bedroom, a pull-out queen sofa bed, and automatic outdoor lights for night. The Harbour House is the perfect spot for your Quadra getaway and we look forward to welcoming you! Note our civic address on all signs and home is 1022 Vargas Rd. Google and Apple Maps approved.
Notes:
Bc ferries has a 2 ferry service to Quadra reducing wait times drastically. Please consult www.bcferries.com for schedules and info.
The twin XL room has a ROKU tv module.
All rooms have fans and we upgraded most of the kitchen appliances. There are 2 outside security cameras that are turned off during stays. One monitors the dock/pier and one driveway when house is vacant. We do have a Tesla L2 35A charger on site. Local amenities of note within 15 min drive are the Quadra Golf course, new mini golf, pickle ball courts, whale watching ( pick up right in front of house on the dock) scuba diving, fishing, hiking and mountain biking.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Recycling taken to the recycle centre by true value foods in the cove. Plastic film and glass goes in garbage . If you leave recycling, the cleaning service charges $50 on top of normal cleaning fee.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
