The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They were patient and would take the time to interpret our needs. Always obliging. This hotel has the best staff we have encountered in quite a long time. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary equipment. The buffet was breakfast was fantastic, a mix of western and Asian flavors. We left early in the morning and the staff made a breakfast pack and some coffee to take with us. The location is great, right next to the wall. Restaurants served delicious food and highly recommend trying both, including the rooftop. I definitely recommend this great hotel and would love to return.

"Never been made to feel more unwelcome in a 5*hotel. The stafftreat guest at best as an inconvenie ce and at worst like potential thieves. First night I tried the a la chart menu "japanese beef curry" inedible. Waitress disinterested when I complained . Still had to pay for it. Top floor Sheraton ..."
