On my first day, the room exceeded 30°C, but the AC broke multiple times. The front desk irresponsibly told me to stay the night, and only after a strong complaint was I moved to a triple room late at night. However, this room had no fridge, a leaking shower with low pressure, and a broken wardrobe that could neither open nor close. When I told the staff, they casually said they already knew. None of these were fixed by checkout. Except for a private bathroom, it felt no different from a cheap dormitory. They even refused to lend me tools to fix things myself, and no one, including the manager, followed up on the issues. Staff rarely greeted me first, and the TV didn't work.The breakfast and garden were equally disappointing. Over four days, a whole apple was served only once; other days had just a few thinly sliced apples. There was no yogurt, and the only drink options were instant powdered coffee, black tea bags, and store-bought juice. The garden was neglected with uncleaned pigeon droppings, and the pergola was used as a private space for the owner's family, so guests couldn't rest there. Entrance trash was left unattended. Contrary to reviews, the subway required a Yandex taxi, and the nearby bus stop is standard for any Tashkent hotel.For $50, neighboring countries offer much better service. This hotel lacks basic facilities and a service mindset, negatively affecting the country's image. I hope others choose a better hotel.

新しい建物で、目の前にはフードコートがあるので便利。 ただ。。。 部屋のアメニティをQRコードからリクエストしてもなんの反応も無し。 ここだけがマイナスです。
