"While there were minor inconveniences, the overall stay was nice. I loved the king beds in every room. We had an issue with the water heater but they took it very seriously and even offered compensation. I love that there wasn't crazy check out procedures. I do feel like the 5pm check in time is a bit late but I also didn't want to pay an early check in fee."

"We have our youngest daughter at UofA and we have used Omni multiple times. It is phenomenal. The staff are amazing. This trip they went above and beyond. My daughters package delivery date was updated to a later date after we were leaving and Justin said he would personally deliver it. I have never gotten service like this anywhere else. Highly recommended!"
