Hotel was very clean and you can see it has been renovated to look modern. Room was decent size and bathroom had good hygiene products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the breakfast selection is limited. All that appealed to me every morning was toast and a croissant, so it wasn’t worth paying for that. I would suggest adding fruit that you don’t have to peel like berries

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!

Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to get taxis to the hotel within 4 minutes every time. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pharmacy and small grocery near. Central train station about 2 1/2 blocks away. Old hotel that needs upgrades. Things broken or damaged. 1st room had a strong chemical smell and they quickly offered me another room. The AC didn't work well in my second room and the walls are very thin. My parent's room was fine but had an extremely odd and mostly dysfunctional shower. Tip: Bring your own hair dryer. Overall, ok lodging but would have preferred something else.
