Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

Amazing resort! Beautiful grounds, delicious food, and outstanding service all around. Thank you to Rosaura, Ronicet, Alexa & Ramon at the pool bar, Rauilin at the main pool, Aurelio at the lobby bar, the kids club team (especially Tania), and our wonderful waitress Yeralin. Everyone went above and beyond — they even surprised me with a birthday cake! Truly a 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back and highly recommend!
