Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining area. Newly paved patio for enjoying the sun. Minutes from Sunseeker Resort, restaurants, shopping, fishing, near all Gulf Beaches and water-sports. There are outdoor cameras on-site solely for security reasons, upon guest checkin the back patio camera is turned off.

Enjoyed our two month stay at this new, well-furnished & equipped home. Location ideal - quiet yet near amenities & attractions of Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, etc. Hostess quick to respond to concerns & offered suggestions for area activities.
