3)15mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants little shops and bars with live music and much more, 7mins drive closest store winn-dixie.
4)10 mins drive to Punta Gorda airport.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.
The space
The HOUSE is located in 2 acres built by yours truly (The Host) for 7-8months to finished, make it beautiful and nice looking with nice landscape and beautiful oak trees at dead end street and has well water supply system.

Less than 10 minutes drive from I-75, The house has 3 bedroom and 2 bath and a carport to park also a pool deck with a big above ground pool and a bar/outdoor kitchen and large pond where you can do fishing.

The pool is heated only by the solar panel on the roofs, the temperature will be a few degrees higher than average outside temperature. It may affect by the rain or cold weather.

ATTENTION: Children from 2year old who cannot swim completely are not allowed to enter the pool. Must have life jacket, safety swimming suits and under supervision of a person.

ATTENTION: The pool is 4ft at the deepest point of the pool. Only people who can swim are allowed in this area. The Owner/The Host/Co-Host of the house assumes no liability for the pool, pool area, the house and its surroundings.
Guest access
Entire house except for the walk in closet in the master bedroom (It’s our stock room needs for the house).

Tiki bar, water falls, pool, pond area at the tiki bar, car port, front/back porch.
Other things to note
There are few animals/pets in the property.
-Dog his name is Tyson (combination of English bulldog & beagle) sweet, shy and calm sometimes bark to say hello to our guests, most of the time quite.
-Tortoise his name is Fred - we allow our guests to feed him if they like (lettuce, apples, carrots or hays).
-Mini Horses Dallas and Bandit - the boys loves attention and we allow our guests to feed them if they like. apples, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, hays. We feed the boys every morning.
-Birds that can make noise. We feed the birds every morning around 7am - 10am.
-There’s a barn in the property were we live, It has a wooded privacy fence.
-We have another rental at the back of the barn/property we call it Tropical Glamping it has separate booking. Very much welcome to message us if you like to book.
-We allow guests to bring their pet we charge pet fee for 1st pet $100.00and $50USD for the next pet per reservation.
