Very disappointing. First of all, not the house I thought I was renting. Didn't realize until I paid it was 32/ day to heat the pool and told it must be all or nothing ie 3 weeks or not at all. This was the most poorly stocked kitchen we've ever experienced and have rented extensively although never through this vendor. It appeared to be a collection of tools no one wanted any long rather than what may actually be needed. One dull paring knife and one dull larger knife. We had to purchase knives. The icemaker quit week 3.The coffee pot was missing a part and therefore could not be used (pod portion). No cleaning supplies available. NOT ONE MANUEL IN THIS HOUSE TO INSTRUCT ON HOW ANYTHING WORKED including the roku tv. Toilet backed up and had to be removed to remove tree roots. This was not a new problem obviously. The tub wouldn't drain and had to be treated. Never did use the pool. Couldn't use the garage although it was empty. We are a senior couple who are respectful of others property and follow the rules; however, we didn't feel the owner(s) respected their guests. It took us two days to figure out the thermostat and turn off the air. Never did figure out the TV, couldn't watch the Superbowl and had 10 hours a day of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders on! I got sick week 2 and spent the rest of this 'vacation' in bed or on the couch. It was, altogether, the worst experience we've had renting a home.
