"What a great experience!!! The owner came and welcomed us with love!!! The property is beautiful!!! The rooms were clean and with fresh linens and amenities!!! We had our own private pool with 2 balconies that had a great view of the island and ocean!!! The food was amazing!!!The staff is very attentive and met all of our needs hand and foot! "It prolly was a bad ass place once, but that was a while back. Room was ample, breakfast was very decent, place was generally clean. Our keys went outta whack four times, ride the elevator on someone else’s key up and down, go to reception, wasted ten minutes every time. No apologies whatsoever, nobody cared, it was prolly happening to everyone. Pools were not clean, service around pools nonexistent, bar was close. Chairs were very very old and need to be thrown away. Beach gets ugly when low tide happens. Food at the adjacent restaurants was comedic, but the price was dramatic, so that was entertaining! Service barely ok! If you have high standards, stay away. This is the worse Westin we ever stayed at. "
