「It is an expensive hotel, but it is worth staying on the Titikaka lake. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff members were friendly. 」

「高級ホテルはみな湖近くにあり、それはそれでいいのですが、気軽に歩いて街中に出にくいのでこちらをチョイス。プーノの町は汚いのですが、ホテルから広場まで歩行者通りがありましてそこはまあまあ面白いです。レストランもいっぱいあります。 プーノは夜とても寒いので暖房があるかがホテル選びで重要ですが、こちらはオイルヒーターでしたが、結構暖かくなりました。部屋が絨毯だったのもよかったです。タイル張りだと床が冷たく寒いですので。あと部屋をバスタブ付きのに変更してくれたのも高評価です。ただ窓からの景色は全く駄目です。 朝食はまあちょっと品数が少ないかなという感じでした。が、全体的に見れば60ドルくらいでこのクオリティならば満足です！」

「We visited the place at the end of August. We had a wonderful experience. Felix went above and beyond to accommodate for us. We got to the lake very late, around 10 PM but Felix was still nice and picked us up from the lake sure. The tour the day after was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was ver clean. The experience was great. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Felix!」

「Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5」
