Gorgeous interior, walk to downtown, amazingly renovated historic 1901 house!
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. Cheers to Jason & Stephanie for creating a home away from home."
"Very nice historic home that has been updated perfectly. It was very comfortable, had all of the necessities, and walkable to downtown. Amy was a great host. "

"This place is amazing, perfect location, fully stocked coffee bar, comfortable furniture and bedding, very clean! We stay in the Nashville area quite often and this was our first and definitely not our last, this will be our go to every time! The backyard is also spacious and fenced in for your fur babies! It’s pretty perfect!!!"
Recently-built all-suite with two porches, firepit, crow's nest, & widow's walk
10/10 Excellent
"This was our annual family trip (7 of us) and we could not have enjoyed our stay any more. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed the guitars scattered throughout and had a few evenings of music around the firepit which was awesome. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and we were pleasantly surprised to see there was also a grill outside. We really enjoyed our stay. "
