Single-family house "Linden Tree", 2 storeys. In the district of Valdebek 2.5 km from the centre of Pula, in a sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 670 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 17.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, badminton, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 150 m, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Tennis 6 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 3 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit. Two apartments on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. 2 terraces 20 m2, covered, terrace 4 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). On the ground floor: one apartment with living/dining area, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms, the second apartment with living/dining area, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Apartment on the first floor with living/dining area, open kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Each apartment with external and separate entrance.
