Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and opens directly onto the garden and the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the ground floor layout and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC.
