Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating. Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage. Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there. Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in. I think some room like in photos have be done up but not this room. Also having pool right outside room not ideal for my child like to play in water also is kids were in supervised could get chair and climb right in.

Early check in wasn't an issue despite not organizing this in advance. Room was clean though some of the walls needed a good wipe down. Excellent room layout and facilities.

Awesome location in centre of Chch. Good quality hotel.

Good locale, good parking, room and bathroom was great. With 'luxury' in the title should use higher quality products in bathroom and kitchen.

The corners of the shower box were a bit dirty but everything else was great
