If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. "I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"

"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"The property itself is really nice but checking in is a bit more difficult. When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property obtaining the key from the lock box and then getting into the room the room was supposed to have a ironing board but didn't"
