I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

Excelente experiencia, sin duda el mejor hotel que hemos ido. Un trato excelente desde antes que llegáramos, preocupados por el transporte y por la comida (ya que llegamos tarde al hotel). Un equipo de personas hermoso, siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a cada detalle para que nuestra estadía fuese perfecta. La habitación súper cómoda, detalles de cortesía amados, calefacción ideal, una vista soñada. La comida exquisita, una experiencia gourmet inolvidable. Muy buenas sugerencias del chef y sommelier. 10/10 Volvería mil veces y por más días ! Querías agradecer particularmente a quienes nos ayudaron a rescatar nuestro dron que sufrió un accidente, y a todos en realidad.

Amazing infrastructure and details!
Great stay! Loved the place. Grabbed a bike as well and was able to do a quick ride in morning. Breakfast was great. Dinner was not on par with the rest. Wouldn’t recommend dinner, given there are so many amazing places in town.

Estamos muy felices de que les haya encantado el hotel y que su estadia haya grata. Agradecemos mucho los comentarios de mejora. La base de cama y colchones que utilizamos, son de un modelo especial para hoteleria de la marca Rosen, el modelo se llama Presidente. En restaurante cambiamos la carta todos los días en los distintos horarios de servicio entre almuerzo y cena para ofrecer experiencias variadas con diferentes opciones para elegir entre las entradas, plato principal y postre. Nuestra preocupacion es poder ofrecer un buen servicio, por lo que tambien podemos flexibilizar algunos cambios que se encuentren a nuestro alcance para mejorar la experiencia. En relación al late check out, nos encantaria haberlo confirmado, sin embargo estos se encuentran sujetos a disponibilidad dependiendo de la ocupación del hotel y nuevas llegadas de otros huespedes, durante esas fechas nos encontrabamos con alta ocupación y a la espera de nuevas llegadas. The hotel is serene and beautiful, and the staff surpasses all expectations. Everything was top notch. We enjoyed a winter getaway, and watching the changing moods of the lake was enchanting. The staff arranged for a bike to zip lining, which was an amazing opportunity to see more of the gorgeous surroundings - truly fun!

El lugar el paisaje hermoso. El servicio muy deficiente. La TV no funcionaba, la ventana de la habitación no cerraba, fueron tres personas a tratar de solucionar los problemas. Habitación muy calurosa, agua caliente ducha difícil de regular. Carta de cena muy limitada. No nos entregaron la cuenta de la cena, al parecer no aparecíamos registrados en el hotel. Desayuno difícil conseguir que te atiendan, a pesar que cuando llegamos habían dos mesas y ocupadas y 6 personas para el servicio. Lugar no se veía completamente limpio y falta manutención Precio no se condice con la calidad esperada

Durante el periodo de su estadía tuvimos algunas nuevas contrataciones, sobre todo en nuestro equipo de mantención y posiblemente no conocían bien algunas de las rápidas soluciones. En el restaurante nos esforzamos por ofrecer experiencias gastronómicas diferentes todos los días para los distintos horarios de almuerzo y cena con 3 distintas opciones de entradas, plato principal y postres, preparados con vegetales cosechados desde nuestra huerta orgánica y productos de temporada de proveedores locales en la región. Actualmente, hemos implementado un menú fijo con opciones más convencionales, además de la experiencia rotativa. Uno de nuestros pilares en servicio es de flexibilizar preparaciones siempre que sea consultado al equipo. Hemos también capacitado mejor a nuestros compañeros, implementado mejoras en la infraestructura y protocolos de procedimientos. Muy buena, servicio muy bueno! Lo que no me gustó es que me ofrecieron recogerme pero no me dijeron que tenia un costo extra de $30.000 que no es menor. El tema de transporte fue malo el servicio muy caro y de excursiones no nos acercaron a ningún lugar por cortesía, todos los cobros sobre 30.000..

En General aceptable aún cuando teníamos expectativas más altas. El Restaurat debe mejorar tanto en oferta de alternativas de consumo como velocidad en la atención. Demasiada espera que impide disfrutar de los alimentos entregados.

Excelente hotel, vista maravillosa
El hotel es precioso, los dormitorios grandes con una vista increíble al lago y al volcán. Está a 17 km de puerto varas por lo q se necesita auto. La comida rica. La cama y ropa de cama excelente. No recomiendo pagar por la suite porque tiene un living oscuro y sin vista, basta con la pieza standard q es amplia. El problema q tuvimos fue q no funcionaba el aire acondicionado… nos cambiaron a 3 dormitorios y en ninguno funcionó.

Efectivamente nos encontramos a una distancia conveniente entre los diversos parques nacionales y la ciudad de Puerto Varas, por supuesto un auto es una buena idea para aprovechar de recorrer y conocer de las bondades del sector de manera auto-guiada. Nos alegra mucho saber que hayan disfrutado de la comida y la comodidad de la cama. Recientemente agrandamos nuestra propuesta gastronómica y estamos adquiriendo más sabanas de 300 hilos. Lamentamos el inconveniente con el A/C, la central de los equipos presento un problema desde el origen, ya ha sido solucionado. Dentro del Hotel contamos 5 suites y 1 suite en la Villa. Cada una tiene distinta ubicación y ángulo sobre las vistas. Ambas habitaciones, Superiores y Suites son muy cómodas. Una de las principales diferenciaciones entre una y otra, es el tamaño, en la suite se tiene casi el doble de espacio. A must hotel in Puerto Varas!
This hotel was the best part of our trip in southern Chile. It’s a must if you are passing through Puerto Varas! For larger groups they also have a stunning house on the property you can rent!

Stunning views, architectural gem and welcoming staff. Our room was outstanding and we hardly wanted to leave it but the hotel was well designed for privacy even in the common areas. Wonderful spa treatments as well!

Altamente Recomendable!
Realmente excelente servicio de parte de todos en el hotel, hace la diferencia. Notamos un gran esmero en la cocina, cuidando la calidad de todos los ingredientes (incluyendo granja orgánica propia). Instalaciones de muy buena calidad. El único punto flojo (que están prontos a mejorar) es el gimnasio. Las vistas del lago y el volcán a los pies de la cama son increíbles!

Unbelievable hotel, high end design and views
We had a great stay at AWA. It's location is 25 outside of Puerto Varas, you need a car to go and explore more. However once in the hotel, it's has everything. You don't need to leave! Great restaurant, facilities and high end comfort with the impeccable design of the hotel. Rooms are incredible in size and views. All overlook the lake and stunning Volcano. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of all inclusive with the mini bar. Paying good money and drinks/ food are well priced. Overall - amazing stay and highly recommend!

The AWA hotel is an architectual gem, a fusion of wood steel and concrete. The location has spectacular views of Volcan Ossorno across the lake.The service is friendly and genuine. Muchas gracias! Hemos hecho muchas mejoras en la calefacción desde esa fecha. Ahora todas las habitaciones cuentan con calefacción por aire y aire acondicionado. Además se han revisado todos los recintos del hotel y se han añadido nuevas puertas y ventanas.

Fantastico!
Tem o melhor restaurante da região, eu fui fazer uma inspeção de hotéis e restaurante e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade. Staff mto bom. Se você quer descansar, lá é o lugar, bem como se fosse sua casa no lago. Os hotéis do centro estão mto cheios e antigos. Quem gosta de privacidade e aconchego, vai adorar o Awa.

Fabulous stay in a great location
Great place to stay for a few days next to the lake. Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. Great facilities, very modern, with indoor pool, spa bath. Rooms were fantastic, amazing views and extremely luxurious.
