‭ environment, we ask that you take note of the following regulations for the pool areas and apartments:‬
‭ Property Access from the Beach‬
‭ Each time you enter or exit the property, you will be required to present identification or any document granting access.‬
‭ Visitor Access‬
‭ Owners‬‭ are‬‭ allowed‬‭ to‬‭ bring‬‭ a‬‭ maximum‬‭ of‬‭ 4‬‭ (four)‬‭ visitors‬‭ into‬‭ the‬‭ Common‬‭ Areas‬‭ and‬‭ Facilities‬‭ between‬‭ 9:00‬‭ AM‬‭ and‬‭ 10:00‬‭ PM,‬
‭ provided‬‭ the‬‭ owner‬‭ or‬‭ administrator‬‭ informs‬‭ security‬‭ and‬‭ administration‬‭ in‬‭ advance.‬‭ Such‬‭ visits‬‭ are‬‭ subject‬‭ to‬‭ low-season‬‭ restrictions;‬
‭ during high seasons (holidays, vacations, etc.), visitor access is restricted. Guests are not allowed to have external visitors.‬
‭ Meetings and Events‬
‭ The‬‭ use‬‭ of‬‭ common‬‭ areas‬‭ for‬‭ meetings‬‭ or‬‭ events‬‭ of‬‭ any‬‭ kind‬‭ is‬‭ prohibited‬‭ without‬‭ prior‬‭ authorization‬‭ from‬‭ the‬‭ Administrator.‬‭ Guests‬
‭ are not allowed to host events.‬
‭ Pool‬
‭ Users must wear appropriate swimwear. A shower must be taken before entering the pool.‬
‭ Babies‬‭ may‬‭ only‬‭ enter‬‭ the‬‭ pool‬‭ if‬‭ they‬‭ are‬‭ wearing‬‭ swim‬‭ diapers‬‭ designed‬‭ for‬‭ that‬‭ purpose,‬‭ which‬‭ are‬‭ resistant‬‭ to‬‭ water.‬‭ Children‬‭ under‬
‭ 12 years of age must always be supervised by an adult.‬
‭ Glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) are not allowed in the pool area or surrounding lounge chairs.‬
‭ Violent‬‭ games,‬‭ running‬‭ around‬‭ the‬‭ pool,‬‭ diving,‬‭ jumping,‬‭ and/or‬‭ consuming‬‭ alcohol,‬‭ smoking,‬‭ or‬‭ eating‬‭ while‬‭ using‬‭ the‬‭ pool‬‭ are‬
‭ prohibited.‬
‭ Sound devices are not allowed in the pool area; music can only be listened to personally using headphones.‬
‭ Jacuzzi‬
‭ Entering the jacuzzi with jewelry or metallic objects is prohibited.‬
‭ The‬‭ maximum‬‭ capacity‬‭ of‬‭ the‬‭ jacuzzi‬‭ is‬‭ 10‬‭ people.‬‭ It‬‭ may‬‭ be‬‭ used‬‭ for‬‭ a‬‭ maximum‬‭ of‬‭ 30‬‭ minutes,‬‭ and‬‭ a‬‭ shower‬‭ must‬‭ be‬‭ taken‬‭ before‬
‭ entering. Minors are not allowed.‬
‭ Gym‬
‭ If‬‭ you‬‭ plan‬‭ to‬‭ train‬‭ in‬‭ the‬‭ gym‬‭ under‬‭ the‬‭ direction‬‭ of‬‭ a‬‭ personal‬‭ trainer,‬‭ prior‬‭ authorization‬‭ from‬‭ the‬‭ Condominium‬‭ Administrator‬‭ is‬
‭ required.‬
‭ The gym will be open 365 days a year, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.‬
‭ Only guests over the age of 15 may use the gym facilities.‬
‭ All equipment used must be returned to its place and cleaned after use.‬
‭ Glass Containers‬
‭ T o prevent accidents, the use of glass containers in the pool area, snack bar, and terrace is strictly prohibited.‬
‭ Music‬
‭ T o avoid disturbing other residents, the use of sound devices in common areas (pool, snack bar, terraces, gym, etc.) is not allowed.‬
‭ Towels‬
‭ Pool users must use towels that are light gray or white in color to standardize the pool area

‭ Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture or equipment (lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, etc.) in common areas.‬

‭ Forgotten Items‬
‭ Residents,‬‭ heirs,‬‭ and‬‭ visitors‬‭ are‬‭ responsible‬‭ for‬‭ any‬‭ lost‬‭ items‬‭ abandoned‬‭ through‬‭ negligence‬‭ in‬‭ common‬‭ areas.‬‭ Please‬‭ keep‬‭ an‬‭ eye‬‭ on‬
‭ your belongings.‬
‭ Food and Drinks‬
‭ Eating‬‭ and/or‬‭ drinking‬‭ inside‬‭ or‬‭ around‬‭ the‬‭ pool‬‭ and‬‭ jacuzzi‬‭ areas‬‭ is‬‭ not‬‭ allowed.‬‭ W e‬‭ kindly‬‭ ask‬‭ that‬‭ you‬‭ enjoy‬‭ food‬‭ and‬‭ drinks‬‭ only‬‭ at‬
‭ the tables in the snack bar area.‬
‭ Alcoholic Beverages‬
‭ Consumption‬‭ of‬‭ alcoholic‬‭ beverages‬‭ by‬‭ the‬‭ pool,‬‭ snack‬‭ bar,‬‭ and‬‭ terrace‬‭ areas‬‭ is‬‭ allowed‬‭ only‬‭ for‬‭ users‬‭ over‬‭ the‬‭ age‬‭ of‬‭ 18,‬‭ and‬‭ it‬‭ is‬‭ at‬‭ their‬
‭ own responsibility and must be done in moderation.‬
‭ Security‬
‭ The‬‭ carrying‬‭ of‬‭ weapons,‬‭ sharp‬‭ objects,‬‭ or‬‭ any‬‭ instruments‬‭ that‬‭ could‬‭ cause‬‭ harm‬‭ to‬‭ people‬‭ or‬‭ property‬‭ within‬‭ the‬‭ condominium‬‭ is‬
‭ prohibited.‬
‭ Use of common areas while intoxicated or in an inappropriate condition is not permitted.‬
‭ No Smoking‬
‭ W e are a smoke-free complex. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pool area, balconies, and all common areas.‬
‭ Pets‬
‭ Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the pool, gardens, hallways, or private terraces.‬
‭ Pets‬‭ may‬‭ only‬‭ walk‬‭ on‬‭ a‬‭ leash‬‭ in‬‭ hallways‬‭ and‬‭ common‬‭ areas‬‭ to‬‭ enter‬‭ or‬‭ exit‬‭ the‬‭ property.‬‭ Please‬‭ ensure‬‭ that‬‭ pets‬‭ do‬‭ not‬‭ urinate,‬
‭ defecate, or cause any mess in common areas; if this occurs, the owner is responsible.‬
‭ Trash‬

‭ It is strictly prohibited to leave trash bags or waste in common areas.‬
