This exquisite home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location within a half mile of Playa Conchas Chinas and Playa Lindomar, making it the perfect home base for a coastal adventure. Find other fantastic local attractions, including Los Muertos Beach Pier, Malecón Puerto Vallarta, Los Arcos, Puerto Magico, Skydive Vallarta, and Flamingos Golf. For fun closer to home, there is a shared swimming pool on-site.

As you enter this majestic home away from home, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings, lush plants adding a more natural touch, and lively decor throughout. Find yourself relaxing in no time in the welcoming living room featuring comfortable sofas and great vistas. The adjoining dining area is perfect for more formal meals with the group. This area opens onto an extensive balcony with impressive views of the ocean and surrounding nature, an outdoor dining area, and a tranquil lounge area. This is a wonderful spot to revel in the breeze as you sip on your favorite beverage. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with your cooking skills and prepare a delicious Mexican dish in the well-equipped kitchen. Complete with all stainless steel appliances, cooking will be a breeze.

The main floor also houses two bedrooms, each with a private balcony facing the ocean, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. There is a secluded den that can be used as a rec room with a large TV. Upstairs is a second living area on the loft overlooking the great room. The primary suite can be found on this level with a desk, additional seating, a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views and a a table with chairs, a TV, and an en suite bath.

Beautiful Views and lots of Space!

This house was great for our family vacation. It has lots of space and gorgeous views! It sits up on the hills overlooking the ocean we spent a ton of time on the patio looking for whales. We also loved the pool since the ocean can be a little rough for kids.

Amazing views, but not bright at all

Great location. The terraces have incredible views but the condo is dark and old. Might be good value for a large family, but not so much for my wife and I. The door locks need to be changed. Please get smart locks!!!

Spacious, private, top-floor condo with a million dollar view!

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazingly clean, modern 2-story condo! Three large bedrooms, each with its own large private bathroom, a huge fully-supplied kitchen, and an enormous balcony with a view that cannot be matched anywhere in PV! (We saw both whales and dolphins!). The clean pool (also with amazing views) was a wonderful place for some seclusion after a day of touring or down at Conchas Chinas beach. Uber or taxi rides were only 5 to 6 minutes to the Zona Romantica. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating and both check-in & check-out were a breeze. Without a doubt we would stay here again!

Amazing Whale Watching!

The townhouse was so beautiful and spacious! The views were breathtaking! I never spend much time in the vacation rental, but this place nestled in the hillside of Conchas Chinas made me never want to never leave!
