My perfume went missing after just a day's housekeping. Also, breakfast is poor as we weren't offered any choice aside from corned beef & hotdogs. The family room that I had reserved and already paid for was occupied by another guests, they seem to be not updated with online bookings.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Friendly and (very) honest staff. I was on my way to the airport not realizing I forgot my wallet (with cards and lots of cash). They called me right away and held it for me. Came back and my cards and cash were both intact!

従業員がみな、親切。フレンドリーで助かりました。 ホテルの清掃も行き届いていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。 ホテル内のアクティビティが充実して、ウォールクライミング、ジップラインも出来ます。 プールも広く、スライドもあり、ホテルに滞在しなくてもプールだけの利用も出来るようです。
