A HUGE house 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms! Full of insta-worthy spots, ideally for family and friends gathering located within the authentic local vibe experience. You'll love the location and modern look of our home. And we have the pleasure of sharing the experience with YOU! Great option for those looking to be close to the best things Rocky Point has to offer! Includes entertainment for kids and lots of board games.

The Space:
This is a modern three-bedroom with full bathroom in each bedroom, perfect for a family or friends getaway with garage parking. The area is very tranquil, secured and closet to it all; grocery, stores and entertainment! Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities, board games, and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed. The second bedroom has a comfy full size bed with a trundle bed and easy access to the private bathroom. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with a trundle bed and easy access to the private bathroom and has a foosball table for kids entertainment. All bedroom as very well equipped with high end furniture.

The dining area has a dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven . You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 55" smart tv with streaming service like Netflix, Disney Plus, and you can find board games. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board and mini split a/c in all bedrooms and common spaces.
