With a large living/dining room + kitchen and bar area and a huge beachfront patio, you can enjoy the best of your indoor and outdoor beach living during your stay! The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The design and decor make Casa Mermaid a fun and comfortable vacation experience for all!

The Space:
We provide bath and beach towels, bed linens, basic toiletries such as head & shoulders 2in1 shampoo/conditioner, bar soap etc... We provide extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. The kitchen is stocked with plate settings, pots, pans, cutting boards and all the necessities for a home kitchen. If you or your guests needs something throughout your stay, our team is in the neighborhood and happy to assist you!

Guest Access:
Guests will access the property via an onsite lock box. We provide the code, directions, check-in instructions and details 7 days prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Playa Encanto is a beautiful and safe beach community with 24/7 security. Within the community there is a taco bar and an oyster farm serving fresh oysters and crab tostadas in the estuary. In the nearby resort Encantame, there are 3 dining options as well as a cafe and convenience store. Playa Encanto is about 15 minutes from town, so it is quiet and relaxing. Very family friendly. The beach is pristine, soft and sandy. No rocks in this area.
***Offroad vehicles are not permitted for guests staying in the community. They can be parked near security but not at the property.***
